These amazingly intelligent creatures have mentally developed much further than any other sea animal. They have learned to use tools to defend themselves, they understand the concept of numerical value and they even give each other names. They also have a natural instinct to assist an injured diver when he is in need, the dolphin pushes the diver up to the surface and saves his life. They are also known to look and call out for help when someone is in distress in the open water.
